Thanks Mr. O'Rourke,
I'm going to start building a few cabinets so this will help a lot!
Garry
Mine is 48" long but that is based on using it for cabinets which can be more than 2' and I wanted it to balance as the board moves through the holes. It can be longer or shorter. Some changes I have made is I drilled a hole 25% larger than the bit at an angle on one of the supports so I can just place the bit in the hole and it holds the drill. Make the fence the same height as the Kreg jig. Also the back part that has the areas for bits and screws is made based on scrap that I had. I actually don't put screws there very often because the jig is out of the way when I am screwing.
Hi James,
I would like to build this - what is the length of this?
Thanks
Garry
Very nice jig system you have,I might build this ,too

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
