Hi Rita , the letters are one size , but you can make it as long as you need , the letters just snap together , just like a puzzle , got the kit from Rockler, you can check it out on their site, and if you get on I would also get the brass guide , JIM !!
Hey Jim, just curious if you are limited on the sizes of the letters? I purchased a small picture for my home that says "happiness is handmade" I would love to find a sign that said "happiness is hand built" Lots of letters but I bet something like that would sale quite quickly at craft fairs if one was so inclined.
Hi Rita, thanks for the nice comments , first I route the edges , then the letters , then I burn the wood , after that I hand paint the letters , two coats , after that it gets three coats of polly !! The new toy work,s great and easy , they snap together and you just tape them to the board with blue painters tape, great toll by Rockler and not expensive , have a good day , JIM !
Looks great Jim and I bet you are enjoying your new toy! Are the letters painted and then a finish applied? Love the burnt wood.
Made this sign for a friend , using the Rockler Template Set and the router, also getting into the burnt wood look , 5/4 yellow pine

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
