Tim, good choice as "grass" hinges are some of the best available in the States. "Liberty" was a company brand that were made available through big box stores like Home Depot. It has not been that long that "liberty" has brought in the "Grass" brand line of hinges. "Liberty" is a company that was one of the first to start importing the European hinges but were not of the same quality as the actual hinges made by the European hinge companies such as "Grass" "Blum" "salice" "Melpa" and others. I did not use the actual "Liberty" brand as they did not have the quality needed in my business. It would be interesting to know the actual location of where these were made, Even though it says made in the USA" , I wonder if they are the same quality as the actual European made hinge called "Grass" The difference being in the hinges, such things as the thickness of the metal and the metal plating. The finish of the plating was a high polish as well as being a heavy plating.
By the package that I see in the photo, these are screw on mounted with a !/2 inch overlay meaning that the hinge is designed to allow the door to over lay the opening 1/2 inch. The mount to the sitles of the face frame and should require a 35mm hole in the door stile.

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
