I recieved my Kreg Beaded Face-Frame jig kit about a month ago and finished my first bathroom cabinet project. Very easy to setup, but precision is a must. Test runs a definite. Run the two stiles at the same time to ensure square and precision.

Hey Bob thanks for the positive vibes. I really didn't do a ton of Beaded Face Frames mostly because of time it took to do them and the precision involved. this system is really a time saver and you get great results without the years of practice. Very key!!! Once you do one Beaded Face Frame you will be hooked.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters.  What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much.  Thanks.Continue
