Indeed, this is good for home projects.  All you need to do is master it, tune it properly and it sure will deliver excellent results.

sweet band saw does yours slow down when you are going throw 1 1/2" stock i use mein to build these's

This is a very good band saw machine.  My first band saw is also a 9”.  However, I upgraded to a 14” band saw for my resawing.  I did have a good time with the the 9”.  It seems your band saw is working well for you.  Good for you and best of luck!

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters.  What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much.  Thanks.Continue
