This is the second time I have bought a KregTool and found a part missing. This time it was a Multi-Mark with the ruler not in package it was completely factory sealed.
The other time was when I bought the Deck Jig there was only two giddies but came with screws to put three giddies.
How do I get the missing part's replaced?
Both where bought at Lows.Is this the problem?

I bought a Kreg Multi-Mark at Lowe's. It is a fantastic tool and I highly recommend it.
If I were you, I would take it back to Lowe's with my sales receipt, tell them the problem and ask for another one. I'd do the same thing with the Deck Jig.
If that doesn't take care of it, call Kreg. From what I've read in this Forum, Kreg is excellent in addressing customer's problems.

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
