Found this plan in one of my Canadian Home Workshop magazine (pic2) and thought I would try to build it with pallet wood just used one sheet of ply for the carcase.

Thanks for looking and keep on building….

Pallets eh?

Well after doing some simple projects with pallets myself I would have to say you have done a massive effort to produce the results shown.

Just out of interest what tools did you use on the timber upon having the nails out and ready to use?

Hi David, Thanks for the kudos.

Yes I made the beading and molding from pallet wood. They weren't too complicated all you need is a 1/8 radius bead bit, 3/8 round over, and a 45% chamfer bit.

The top is 3/4 birch leftover plywood with 1 1/2 mitered boarder of pallet wood that is joined with a T&G

Did you the make your own beading and molding from the pallet wood?  What did you use for the top? Looks great.
