3/4'' plywood that measures 5/8" !

3/4" ply ? It appears to be more like the 5/8" to me and most likely is the imported metric stuff from over seas and more of the stuff that we sold them the trees for a low price and in turn we receive the junk with not only under sized thickness but a lot is plys sandwitches with a poor or scare glues.  I have found some that actually blow up on a saw and full of voids through out the sheets.  Found some that the veneer is so thin that you can actually see the planner knife marks leaving the  surface wavy and that is a definate problem when applying a finish as it actually intensifies the problem.
