Not made with the help of the Kreg jig, but people asked me to upload it anyways. Color inspired by a 1955 Chevy Bel Aire.

The ground wire was mounted directly under the bridge and was not difficult, but the hardest part was drilling the output jack hole. Had to use a really long bit to drill into the pickup pockets without blowing out the front, or getting the angle wrong and coming out the back. This was for an enginnering class project so we used a CNC router for the pickup placement. Otherwise the 3 piece body of ambrosia maple with a sassafrass middle was cut to shape on the bandsaw. stewmac.com is an excellent resource for pickup routing templates and everything custom.

That is sweet. Did you have any problem drilling the hole for the ground wire? You used a Mortise and Tendon driller to cut out the holes for the pickups? I have played with the idea of building a body for myself... just too scared....

Did you used glued stock or a solid piece? what type of wood did you use?
