Hi Dwayne...

Try http://ana-white.com/ (she's also a memeber here) she may not have the exact plan, but she'll give you some good ideas.  Your plan looks fairly simple if you choose to shoot from the hip, if not....Ana's website is full of ton's of great and easy plans.

Step 1. Select the material (wood) you would like to use.
Step 2. Figure out what dimensions you want your project to be.
Step 3. Decide what joinery methods you will use for each part.
Step 4. Make a cut list.
Step 5. Cut material to dimension from cut list.
Step 6. Sand parts.
Step 7. Assemble project.
Step 8. Finish sand where needed.
Step 9. Apply finish....... Shellac, polyurethane, lacquer, stain, paint, epoxy resin, etc...
Step 10. You are done.

I have never used plans for any project I have ever done. I don't want to make an exact replica of someone elses project. I may look at a picture and incorporate ideas or a style but then I make it my own. If you build off of someone elses plans right down to the letter with step by step instruction you might as well just have them build it for you. If you make the plans yourself you will feel much better about the project and then you can truly own it. You can photo copy the Mona Lisa but it doesn't make you Leonardo Da Vinci.

Here's another plan that I found on absolutelyfreeplans.com.

rockler may also have plans
