This has been a project that I have wanted to tackle for years and just got around to doing. The jointery for the cabinets was done with the standard size pocket holes. However the drawers were made out of 1/2 inch plywood so I used the Micro drill guide and 1 inch panhead screws to build them. Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters.  What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much.  Thanks.Continue
