Yes, you go right ahead now. They got the pie safe yesterday and Heather was in near-tears. I love that feeling! Makes me know I did a good job. I'll type up the story and make a new blog sometime today.

Thanks for the compliment. This is now the new crown jewel in my woodworking career. It beats out my hall tree.

Don, I'm assuming once the story comes it'll be ok to publish on FB as well, or will you still not have given it away yet? The final result looks beautiful, BTW!

I should have also taken pics about tin-punching, but didn't think of it at the time. I have left over tin, so perhaps soon I can offer a blog on the process.

Great project, Don! Can't wait to see the finished results! Thanks for showing the inside of the project so everyone can get a better idea for how it was assembled, etc. Beautiful!
