Hi Jay , thanks for the nice comment,s on my clamp table !!! It was a low cost set up to make and most of the parts are from Rockler !!! Can be used with Kreg screw,s or biscuits and glue , when I do a board 20 " wide I can run it through my 10 x 20 jet sander two passes  and it comes out ready to finish !!!  Know what you mean about posts being moved or deleted from the site, old saying if it is not broke ,don,t try to fix it  !!!  Was happy to share it here and hope it help,s other wood workers with the warped board problem,s , have a great day , JIM !!

Hi Jim,  I like the clamp table as it is definitely a solution to the lumber that wants to be contrary in a glue up.  The combination of the downward pressure and the inward pressure will cure the problem of boards that refuse to lie flat for a glue up.  This is a one that answers the problem that the member just posted about how to glue up crooked boards.

I had posted a glue clamp on here about 3 years ago and was one of which was made of pipe clamps and 2 x 4's that were built so that they leaned or were attached to a wall.  It allowed you to open the clamp and insert the pieces of lumber and then clamped them tight.   It was one that I used back when I was gluing up large panels like butcher block counter tops and long lengths of glue ups for large raised panel doors and or cabinet ends.

I spent some time looking for it but gave as it was either moved and or deleted from the files.

Good system you have shared here.  Thanks for sharing.

This is a great solution for warped boards and glue ups Jim.

First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
