The thing that may shock you is that these aren't decals.  I stain all my boards so I have to use an xacto knife and blue tape and cut out the logos and then stain over them to keep them from not bleeding through.  Time consuming but really makes them hold up and leave no line so they are perfectly smooth.  Ones with multiple colors require more time, more outlining.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?
