Hey Rick-

Thanks, there is some slight blotchiness, but with the distressed look I think it looks nice. I used an oil based stain and instead of brushing it on and wiping it off, I wipe it on thinly with a cotton rag and rub it out. You don't get as deep a color but it is more even.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?
