That is a neat jig .Being I dont have a band saw I could not use this method

I have a jig made on the bandsaw for fast easy and safe and also cheap plugs

First all thanks for adding me! Was looking for this video, live too far away to be driving to buy more plugs.  Will be posting some pics of my first 2 projects soon. 1st one is a pet crate/end table out of oak, 2nd is a rebuild of a round top storm door.

a piece of no-slip underneath would help hold it from slip/sliddin. Great idea. thnx for sharing

Excellent idea . . .  3/8 doweling rod.  I just need them in poplar . . . or better yet I believe LV sells something to make dowels.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?
