HI Ronda,  thanks for the very nice comments on my wheel !!!  The video was not great and I have fixed the seat,s that were sticking , HA!!  This is just a toy that I built with out any plan,s  and the reason I posted it was to show beginner  wood workers , that if you put your mind to it you can build it !!  Think of it , draw it and  build it, happy wood working to all , JIM !!

Hey Jim!  Wonderful job on this!  I am glad you did a video of it as stills don't do it the same justice.

I think I'm in line next to Mick for the first ride!

Hi Lorrie, thanks for the very nice comments on my  wheel !!!  Yes it dose make me feel good that I could design and build  this wheel with out any plans and make it go around with a motor !!  Did make me think on the motor  , as I went through three of them and a few belts to get it to turn at 3 RPM,s !!!  Yes it dose make a wood worker proud when a project comes together and work,s !!, Have a good day, JIM !!

Hi Jim,

very nice job on the Ferris Wheel.  You mentioned that you had been thinking about it for a year or so.  I'm so glad that you were able to make it.  It looks great!!!  and the fact that you mounted a motor to it so that it goes around really puts it over the top!!!  Great Job!  Doesn't it make you feel good to finish a project that you have imagined in your mind?  And see. .. you did a really good job.  You should be very proud of it. :)
