Hi Steve, just saw your bandsaw project on facebook, yours is the first bandsaw box that I have seen in a while that I really liked. It is neat the way you made it, most of the projects like this end up looking like cookie cutter boxes. Who did you make the box for? The wife? ;^) So, when are you going to start your own woodworking show? You get some of your wood for free on craigs list, It's amazing how much wood gets thrown away that could be reused. Does your wife ever give you ideas for woodworking projects? I'm waiting for your next youtube installment. Look out Norm, here comes Steve.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters.  What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much.  Thanks.Continue
