Hey everyone,   just wanted to know if anyone else has had problems with their precision router table. I,ve have had two, the first is the fence do not line up with each other, soft wood its not to bad, ( like pine) but hard wood  I have to pull the piece from the fence to clear the other one , and we all know what happens there. the second is the bracket that holds the fence to the table. is comes lose, I,ve tighten the screws so many times that  they have become strip. I,ve been woodworking since 94, so I,ve done all the little tricks to fix my fence, but it still works its way lose. I have gone kregs web site with my complaint, but no response from  them. this has to be one the best router table out there, anyway thanks for listening, keep makin saw dust.

Happy to report when I emailed Kreg about my problem they immediately shipped out two replacement fence faces. Within 2 days I had them at my front door. I didn't think it would fix the problem, but I installed and it did! No more hanging up as I push stock past the second fence face. Very impressed especially since my table is over 2 years old. Thank you Kreg....you rock!

I have the same problem with mine Steve. Not sure what to do about it. I don't want to sand on the other fence face, but it is annoying, not to mention dangerous having the stock stick in the middle of a cut.

Hi Steve , sorry to hear about your problems with your table . I have the Kreg bench top table not had any problems with mine although I think it could do with more of a overhang on all four sides to clamp too when the need arises. Just a thought has the two rods that we use for trueing a board inadvertently been left in behind the second fence? If all seems correct contact the Kreg Rep on this site he is usually very helpful hope this helps Mick!!
