Yeap, I've been looking at another product call cut-n-crown, but retails at $150. I tried doing Crown once before but was a disaster. I was debating getting a contractor to install my crown, but think I will wait and try out this device. If it as good a the Kreg Jig I will be very satisfied.

Yup - at first glance this looks like a winner. You have gone after a really tough problem and it looks like you have done a good job with the design.

John,
I think you'll find the instructional video (once it's up online) to be incredibly helpful with your bedroom project! It's our effort to go the extra mile and not just supply the tool... but the education to go along with! Be sure to post photos of your finished room if you decide to go ahead with the project! Good luck!

Edward and Scott,
The price is below the Blog title ($29.99) and the availability date is at the bottom of the post (March 1st). All three products we announced this week you'll be able to start finding at dealers on March 1st...

I think this is a very good product and from past experience I can see where this would be a great help. I am just not sure I would invest in this one. I think a contractor would get far better use from this then anyone else.

But. I love the design and engineering that went into this.

Ditto what Edward said! Looks amazing!

Since the LOML wants crown installed in our bedroom, I have been doing a lot of checking for tips and hints. I will definitely be checking into this item. Hopefully it offers more than the similar items currently on the market. (I am glad that I hadn't already purchased a similar item - Procrastination isn't always a bad thing!)
