Hey Steve, welcome to the site!! I actually got the plans from www.crestonwood.com. He made a table using Norms plans and has the plans there. If you look closer to the bottom of the page after you click on the router table you will see links for material list/cutting list etc. The only thing that he doesn't list is how to do the dust collection per say, but it's standard 2 inch pvc and if you look at the pictures on my page you can see how I did it. You can also go to youtube and search New Yankee Router table and watch norm build his, which I did too. Let me know if I can help any more.
