I don’t normally do a detailed plane but I will give it my best shot. I started with the side’s cut four 1x5 boards and join the edges to make two sets. Then start by marking out the triangles. I started at the bottom and measured up making marks at the points marked on the plans. Then I used a square that I could adjust the angel so the point of my triangles where 2” from the edge. Once I had all the triangle marked out I used a jigsaw to cut them out. You will need to join the two halves with the kreg jig at all four points. I use glue on all my joints. I rounded the edges of the triangles with a sander. I used a router and chamfer the out side edges of the sides and top. Once you have all of your pieces cut make two pocket holes in the top of your sides both ends of the shelf and one at each end of the face board. Clamp and attach the face board first this will keep your legs square win you attach them to the top. Then clamp and attach the shelf I used plugs to fill the pocked holes on the sides and top.
