Thanks Jason. The pocket holes did make assembly much easier. I also approached this project differently...I really took my time and re-did mistakes. My primary interest has always been woodturning but I'm starting to get interested in the possibilities of building more furniture: a Krenov cabinet, an armoir, a Windsor chair, a Maloof rocker. Thanks very much for your positive comments and I wish you much success and satisfaction in your woodworking. Rich

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters.  What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much.  Thanks.Continue
