- I am a retired Chief Warrant Officer who spent 20 glorious years serving in the greatest Army the world has ever known. Upon retirement about 4 years ago, I was looking for a hobby that will keep me occupied and also provide some enjoyment. So, I took up woodworking and have not looked back since.
Woodworking has been quite a fulfilling hobby for me. There is no greater sense of accomplishment than having a set of plans, a pile of wood, and various hardware pieces and turning it all into a fully functional piece of furniture or whatever that my wife can enjoy.
Now, I am looking to take my skills to the next level. Finding this group is going to go a long way in helping me achieve the goals I have set for my woodworking future.
I hope to be a productive member and an active participant in this great group.
