"For my 4" & 6" drawers, I used 3 screws; 8"  and 10" drawers got 4 screws.  I spaced 2-3" apart.   I don't think I used glue on any of them, but I don't have the weight you are planning on.…"

We are building a significant storage cabinet in our wood working shop.  It has 66 drawers.  They range from 3", 5", 8", 9", and 11" heights.  I am trying to figure out how many pocket holes I need to put these drawers together.They will hold things like heavy tools, socket sets, nails, screws, etc.  I have read in the forum 2" from edge then every 6" however, for an 9" drawer that would only be two pocket holes.  Seems like it would need more.
