"Bruno .. The German benchdog holes (Festool MFT) are 20mm and spaced 96 mm on center.  The Kreg workbench holes are 3/4" holes and spaced 100 mm on center  ... so it depends what size bench dogs you want to use.  Hope this helps.…"

"Take a look on youtube for MFT table, I believe bench dogs are made at 20mm (festool) and 3/4" for Kreg.  "

"3/4 or 19mm is the Kreg standard hole size. Festool is 20mm as are most dogs from metric countries. Kreg mobile work centre spacing is 4" I belive and Festool use 96mm with Kreg shelf pin Jig and Bosch guide rail at 32mm can do spaces at 64…"

"Bruno, While I can't give any specifics for use with Kreg bench dogs, the standard size for bench dog holes is 3/4".  As for spacing them I have never heard of a standard.  I would suggest spacing them based on the travel of your…"
