plywood and pine box/chest, Kreg pocket hole joinery

Beautiful results from using pine. If I may ask a few questions...
1-What is the lumber size used? It looks like 3/4" plywood, 1x4 or 1x6's, and 4x4's?
2-Did you put a lip on the 1x lumber to fit your plywood, or just use pocket holes for those connections?
3-Any other tips to offer?
Thank you. Again a great job.
