Hi rob ,marty got the idea for the sled from me .I got it from steve ramsey on woodworking for mere mortals .Punch in woodworking for mere mortals on your computer when the site comes up you should see various project videos come up look for tablesaw sled, steve runs you thru the process of building one hope this helps .Regards mick.
is there anyway you could send me or direct me to where i can get a cutting list/plans for the table saw sled i saw from Marty Rosenbloom?
What you do not see are the two track/fixtures attached to the bottom of the base.
These tracks fit in the two miter slots of the table saw. So the tracks keep the sled exactly at 90 degrees. Then by placing your lumber against the front fence you will receive perfect 90 degree cuts everytime....with complete safety. Of course, the blade has already pre-cut the base, so you have a "guide" to set up with.
cool you build it so how does it work.
