2x4 construction frame with lots of pocket holes. The 2x4's are shipping throw aways from big box stores...and the mdf is from the damaged discount section at lowes. bench is 30 feet long.

You have what it takes, you did a fantastic job. I'm currently designing and building my woodshop. I've used the kreg system to construct most of the interior 2X4 framing. I think the Kreg Jig is the best in the world. It has saved me money, time, and frustration.

thanks james....my kids call me "mr. krabs" off sponge bob...lol

if i can save a penny...i'm all 4 it. even the pulls and knobs i found at a yard sale...and the hinges i found in the clearance bin.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters.  What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much.  Thanks.Continue
