Thank you. I design my work in Adobe Illustrator and print it out. Once I have print outs, I rub the back side with charcoal you can get at any art store. Then I tape the charcoal end down on the wood and use a good sharp pencil to trace the design. The charcoal is then transferred to the wood. I remove the design paper and just "color" within the lines using the woodburner.

 

After that, I stain the wood and use three coats of finish on the piece, and the result is what you see above.

Love the box... Wondering how you burned in your logo? Did you free hand it or make a stencil? I have tried burning but haven't gotten as uniform of a look as this.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?
