Finished today (9/9/13). I had a very old can of poly urethane, so I kicked it up a notch. The drawer is 1" deeper than the original plan. I also put some 1/4" plywood behind the drawer pull and 1/2" plywood under the larger handles. This was built using the Kreg Jig Micro Pocket Drill Guide, which is perfect for 1/2" material. Every pocket hole was perfect! I used 3/4" (SPS-F075-100 Fine, PocketHole Screws). The Micro Pocket Drill Guide can be found here: http://www.kregtool.com/Micro-Pocket-Drill-Guide-Prodview.html
