Hi everyone here are some photos of my workstation. Its made of melamined 18 mm mdf, it is 4 feet long and 1 foot wide . I put a oak edgeband on it and has storage for odds and ends on the r/hand end. It also has a sliding stopblock which is simply clamped in position .

Thanks james ,as you probably spotted my pocket jig is not a kreg.Bought it 7 years ago before i got to know the Kreg brand ,still it works fine .Its made of 10mm thick aluminium and i believe its made by Dakota a canadian brand.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters.  What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much.  Thanks.Continue
