My own design,i have no plans for it,but this should give an idea of what i did. (cal king size bed). It may look like overkill but it worked out great.And can all be disassembled.

Do you have any problems with the joints becoming weak after disassembling? Sometimes when you drive screws in the same hole more than once the holes don't accept the screw like they should. I am looking to build a bed but I am thinking about the sturdiness of it after assembly. Again, you did a great job on the design and build.

Great! pretty straight foreward I like it. Did you use full extention slides for the drawers?

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters.  What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much.  Thanks.Continue
