Thanks Tania! I don't have any instructions, but these were rather simple. Everything was made to fit in the existing cavity in the wall. There are two components to this - the drawers and box/shell that hold the drawers up. The Shell is literally a box - 4 pieces of 3/4" plywood.
As you can see in the picture the drawers are also a box, with an additional support down the middle. I cut a dado 1/4"-1/2" from the bottom of each drawer to support the 1/4" plywood sheet that acts as the drawer floor. Remember that the drawer floor dimensions are the interior dimensions of your drawer "box" PLUS the depth of your dado. So In my case, my drawer width was 2', and my dado's were 1/4" - so my plywood floor was 2'+.25"+.25". Each drawer's width is the same as the interior width of the Shell. Since each drawer has two drawer-slides (left side/right side) you must also subtract the width of the drawer slides from the width of the drawer. If you do everything right the drawer + 2 slides will fit snuggly inside the cavity.
Very nice.
Do you have an instructional w/ dims for this unit?

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…

Several months ago, I purchased the Kreg K4MS so that I could build the Lego Table as outlined on the companion "buildsomething" web site which exclusively uses pocket hole construction. I have considerable experience with conventional…
