Thanks! Yes I did have plans. They came with the hardware. Create-A-Bed.com is where I bought the hardware and the plans came with it. The trim, crown, baseboard and shelves was my own idea. I also substituted when I could use my Kreg jig. If you have anymore questions I would be happy to answer them. The hardware and plans cost $300 I use oak on everything which run around another $300.

Wow, James that looks great!!!  That is exactly what I need to build...  DId you have plans and where did you get the mechanical workings for the bed?  Thank you in advance for your assistance!!!!!!

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters.  What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much.  Thanks.Continue
