Found this plan in one of my Canadian Home Workshop magazine (pic2) and thought I would try to build it with pallet wood just used one sheet of ply for the carcase.

Thanks for looking and keep on building….

Hi Robert, You know what they say..... a picture is worth a thousand words.

Here is a picture of the process that I used to create the beading for this project.

Jim its me back again,

Beading, I wanted to know how you made the beading

Q1. Full or half bullnose, then,

Q2 Did you make the beading on the edge or side of the timber.

Q3 How did you remove the bead from the stock and how did you maintain accuracy?

Regards

Hi Robert,

The back is just T&G pine boards that were left over from our ceiling in our kitchen.

I made a rabbit around the back for them to fit flush.

Jim,

I had another look at all the pictures as I was impressed with your work, I think you have pictorially answered my tool question, thanks.

How did yo finish the back there is only a few pictures visible?

BTW have you seen just how many views your pictures have had!

Sorry Frank I don't But I'm sure you can piece together something from the pictures that I posted.

If you email me a list of measurements that you need I will send them back to you. jim@oldkrankys.com

Thanks for liking it enough that you would consider building one for yourself.
