Steve you keep at it making it too fancy the material and labor expense will cause  you to have to install a coin drop so that the cat will have to pay a toll to get in and then do like the government does , once in there make the cat pay double to get backout.....lol might have a problem explaining the revenue source when you list it as kat box income or toilet tax revenue.  It does look pretty good and them cats will appreciate the privacy.  You might just have a side job building them.
