Hi Ron, Thank you so much for the nice comments.  yes I might be able to get in one of the drawers if I really tried hard enough.  Yes you can cut some plywood dovetails if it is a high density type like the core ply I use here and another on is baltic birch.  I have cut some other plywood dovetails if you are careful and use a very sharp bit and a high speed router rotation and slow router engagement into the plywood.  Another way is to hand cut them.   Thank you again for the nice comments.

nice dove tails  didnt know that you can do dove tails in plywood  plywood thought would chip out.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?
