Thanks Charles, I use Paraffin Wax on the drawer bottoms and it works just fine...

Jim,

  I like your drawer guide complete with stop blocks so everything don't dump in the floor. Do you use any thing on the drawer to make it slide easy.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?
