Thanks Jens & Ryan,

I think Antonio is going to be the wood worker in the family.  He really likes spending time in my shop building.  My small scrap wood box is for him to make what he wants.   Here is a picture of the two wood chisel mallets I made.  One for me and one for Antonio.  He has it in the wood tool box I built for him when he was four.  Right now he likes using it for cracking nuts.  Both are made from black oak.

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters.  What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much.  Thanks.Continue
