I'd just like to say you have done a wonderful job creating the perfect bbq plaza for the Big Green Egg. For those of you who do not know what "The Big Green Egg" is, it is possibly the finest charcoal (or can be equipped with electrics) grill that can slow cook at temperatures as low as one hundred degrees for long amounts of time, with small amounts of wood chips and chunks. It can also be used to grill much faster as the venting is fully adjustable. The Big Green egg is made of fire hardened clay and reflects the heat equally from the top and the bottom, allowing for some of the most scrumptious dinners with even low quality meats. It can be started and walked away from, once the temperature is achieved, and I dream of the day I can get a new one. They are awesome and would fit inside the round hole on the left side of the design. I would also love to see some pics of the drawers and the placement of the Kreg structural holes.

I have been scanning the various web-sites looking for a table that I could build for a Primo XL.  I really like your design. It is not only beautiful but has dry storage for all the many accessories.

When I saw the photo of this project, I was amazed.  First because it is a beautiful piece of work.  But mostly because I have been looking for a long time to find a BGE cart that looked like something I would want to make.  I was procrastinating about buying the K4 kit . . . this project made me decide to buy one and give it a try.

Question - What size BGE did you make this for, and you post some dimensions?  It would be wonderfully helpfull to see a few step by step photos to follow as I try to make my own.  Thanks.

What is the hole on the left side for? How did you come up with the name? Big green egg? Anyway nice job with the project.
