Hi there, what size are the four pulley wheels?

The pulley wheel run on a 1 inch by 1/8 thick metal bar purchased at home depot and sprayed flat black. The T's are 3 inches. That's just enough to put the wheels on and have a nice little gap between the shutter and the steel bar. I found some pretty decorative washers from a local craftstore, put them in layers between the "T" and the wheel.

Wonderful work. Love that finish.

The hardware is just at home depot, T-brackets, L-brackets and patio door pulley wheels.

Just added decorative washers to make it look nice.

Inspired by barndoor hardware, this is a little project I came up with to give my daughter's room a farmhouse country look
