Too much time on my hands

I'm an out of work plumber (10 months). And have found a love for working with wood. I tackled all of these projects in a matter of two weeks. I'm addicted!

Ed, there are some great projects here, you've really been getting a lot of use out of that Kreg Jig! Congrats. I especially enjoyed the application to secure your floating shelves to the 2x4 studs. Very unique application!

On the drawer which is shown extended, I've got a great suggestion for you to hide those Pocket-Holes (on the side) out of sight if you wish. By using a false-front drawer, you can add the Pocket-Holes to the real front of the drawer. Then, when you apply the false-front it will cover up and hide the pocket-holes you drilled. [see below] Then again, maybe you love the look of a nicely drilled pocket-hole as much as we do! :)

Being a beginner at this stuff, the craig jig was a way cheaper alternative than buying all the other tools needed to create a professional product. I don't feel like I'm cutting corners at all, these joints are solid, and professional grade. This is a great website, I'm learning alot. Glad I found it. Hey, maybe I could start selling some of this crap and make some money, LOL.
