Well... My next Project is to move my Home Theater system. I am planning on upgrading my TV and moving it to the other side of my living room.
I have this pretty big closet right off my living room , so I decided to move all of my system ( Receiver, cable box,dvd player,Apple TV. to this closet and control it Remotely using a Wireless IR RF Remote Control Extender. here is what I got done in day 1.

I got the sodas and popcorn, just waiting for you to pop in a movie. :)
Excellent idea as there will be less chance of your devices getting damaged. Good job, John!
Thanks Jay,
I've been meaning to do this for a while...Not a big "Kreg" job...did kreg the shelves together...lol
John, this looks pretty nice and you have a excellent plan by moving the components into a separate location. It definitely will give your living room an nice appeal and hide all the little things that can become damaged easily. It will also cut down on the amount of cleaning. Anxious to see how your plan works out.
the T.V area in the living room will look a lot cleaner with no components showing.
