sliding barn door/ wine cellar door

Frame made of 2x4 with a 2x6 header. Panels are 1x6 pine. This is my first project after making the work bench. For me it's learn as you go.

Thanks John, The hardware is from www.johnsonhardware.com. They have all kinds of door hardware and will help you with you order. I'm sure you will find what you need.

That's a great idea. And from the pictures it looks great. I am just basically getting started on larger projects. I have custom built picture frames for several years, but wanted to move on to bigger projects. I am in the process of making a quilt rack for starters. Keep up the great work.

Hi Mark,

It is the lower part of an entryway which would have been on a slab. I had the foundation made  all around leaving a little cove. The room is 9x6 with a 6 foot opening so the door slides in 3 feet leaving 3 feet exposed.
