John,
That's a very nice looking design.
Thanks for sharing.
Kreg Rep. I didnt pick up on it but the clamps in the middle but it kind of sets it off. i did use the clamps on the main box but i had to use a little MONGO force to keep it from moving slightly. thank goodness for 60 grit. I did use the Kreg Face Clamps for the front frame of the Chevron. I had to play with the height to see where i needed to set the jig for each angle. I did keep the drill bit set at the material thickness. i havent seen many project using the Kreg Jig with other angles other than the 90 degree joints. I will say using the Kreg Jig for this project definately made this 10x easier than I thought it was going to be.

the link above is my workshop site. I would say a good 90-95% of what i build, I use the Kreg Jig. So far everyone that i talk to that gets into wood working, I highly recommend them getting the Kreg Jig. So far i have not heard any complaints.
Great project, John! Really demonstrates the Kreg Jig being used for a variety of difficult angles! Did the pocket-holes simplify the clamping process?

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…

Several months ago, I purchased the Kreg K4MS so that I could build the Lego Table as outlined on the companion "buildsomething" web site which exclusively uses pocket hole construction. I have considerable experience with conventional…
