Hello Jim, I loved your jig idea so much I had to incorporate it into my new mobile assembly/Router table I am building. Thanks for the help.
I have been traveling, the two pictures below show the jig and track. The T-Nuts are visible in the second picture and it a bracket used to hold a 4" dust colletion host that. If I do not clamp the hose the suction pulls it loose when I turn on the collector.
The hose holder is screwed into on of the T-Nuts. Since my bench is next to all wall I need to move the jig between two locations to hold long pieces. Also notice the Kreg Stops that can be moved along the track. The top picture is to the right of the bottom picture.
