Garage workbench and wall mounted storage cabinet

Garage workbench and wall mounted storage cabinet

We made this wall mounted storage cabinet for the garage. We are very beginners so it took us a couple of days but it should be a fairly easy project. We used 1x6 pine boards for the frame, 1x3 pine for the doors and for the shelves. Painted pegboard as a back and insert for the door. The grooves were made with a table saw and all joints with Kreg jig.The bench was made of 2x4's. Great looking and well crafted cabinet! Like the sliding doors, versatile and functional. A great addition to the shop, keeps the tools organized and well stored. Great work!

I really like the sliding peg board doors for extra hanging space. I wanted to do something similar for my garage but I ended up going a different route. This looks awesome. Thanks for sharing!

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.

I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
