Great job , my brother has an old camper and is thinking about doing this. sure is cheaper then buying new. You got to love that kreg Jig. Lookin forward to the finish of your camper.

WOW! GREAT WORK! What a wonderful way to give new life to the that classic travel trailer. I can't wait to see more of the project! I've been looking forward to my retirement so I can take on projects like this...Only a few more months and I will be a full time workshop fella! Good Luck and keep going!

Jig settings for 2 ¾ x 1 ½ boards with 30 degree miters?

I making a hex ring out of 2x4s ripped to 2 ¾ inches wide with 30 degree miters.  What setting on the Jig should I used? 1 ½ is too much.  Thanks.Continue
