Thank you Gail, this chest of drawers was for a customer and was one build totally without plans.
I am fortunate to have a shop however the real fun of this work is the satisfaction I get from building. As I have told others, it is not the shop or the tooling that you own that brings you satisfaction from woodworking but it is the desire and the drive that you have. It is the determination and desire to create that causes the great masters of our times. Where it is in a driveway or in a full equipted shop, with all the tools at you disposal, without the desire you will create nothing. Tools only make the work easier but it is the hands that work the tools that is the real artist.
I know you will soon graduate from the driveway to the nice equipted shop in time as that desire to create with just seem to cause a shop filled with tools to happen. It did for me I started with just a few hand tools and finally into a larger shop with more tools and they just seem to keep appearing in my shop for some reason caused only because of my desire to create. My best to you in your future ventures as they can be great and exciting.
awesome project! it's truly a work of art!
I'm loving your "shop". Mine is my driveway. :) I have my tools in the garage, not much room to move around.
Great looking project!
I am very interested in knowing how you built the face frame?
Looking to build something very similar, but also some Bed side tables, and a 6 drawer dresser !

Nice work ! did ya use the the kreg beaded face frame setup for this project?
If anyone is interested, I added a musical slide show to the 12 drawer chest project. Click on the links above where it says " view slideshow" it will open taking a bit to load. It plays automatically and you can view it in full screen by clicking the little icon on the bottom left of the page, excape using the keyboard "ESC" button. Due to the length I have edited most of the photos out. Tou can find it under "my projects page".

I saw the video Kreg put out for this new jig and had high hopes for it.
I purchased one today and am very disappointed with it.
First the docking station is extremely cheap. The plastic is pathetic. A Lego has more…
